Our vets recommend deworming your kitten every four weeks until it is six months old. The deworming starts in week 2 after birth. After six months, you can follow the deworming schedule for cats. Ideally, adult cats should be dewormed every 3 months. This can be minus or plus a few months, depending on the risk of exposure to worms your cat has. Note that deworming for kittens is sensitive and requires supervision. That is why our animal clinic recommends you get a vet for the job.

The puppy’s deworming schedule starts at 2 weeks old. They
are required to be dewormed every 2 weeks for the first 8-12
weeks. For the following months, until 6 months, they need
deworming monthly. After the 6th month of age, the puppy
uses the adult dog deworming schedule, which requires all
adult dogs to be dewormed every 1-3 months. Depending on the
exposure of your dogs, your vet will recommend a customized
dog deworming schedule.
